Women Only Self Defense Karate Class

- Finally, introducing a safe, friendly environment to learn practical, natural body movement self-defense to defend against the way women and girls are most often attacked.
- Most importantly, we live and breathe the Beikoku Shido kan values of Friendship, Cooperation, and Learning. You'll find a second family here.
- When you are ready, you can test your skills in our co-ed classes alongside men, proving you can truly take care of yourself.
Our training is based on Grand Master Seikichi Iha's proven-effective Okinawan Shidokan Shorin Ryu Karate, rather than some watered-down, soft, and ineffective version that just makes you feel good.
Mom & Teen Self-Defense

For women and teen girls who want to learn practical self-defense without the pressure of belts and testing, we offer our Mom & Teen Self-Defense Class. (Age 12 and over is welcome)
In this weekly class, we'll give you and teens lots of tools for your self-defense tool box -- and lots of opportunities to practice, practice, practice.
We strive to help build confidence and develop muscle memory so you automatically react when threatened, and most of all, make friends and have fun.
