Gentle, Practical Karate for Seniors Move with Confidence

You’re never too old to start!

I’m 75 and have trained since 1969 under Okinawan masters including Grand Master Seikichi Iha since 1979.

I teach safe, low‑stress self‑defense and movement methods that work for older bodies — improving balance, flexibility, confidence, and everyday safety.

"I always wanted to try Karate, but I was so out of shape!

Yet I kept up with them!

I am so happy I started Karate classes!

If I can do Karate, so can You!"

--Sally M, 61 years old, Alexandria, VA
