❓ Frequently Asked Questions About Your First Class

  • Do I need to sign a contract?
Absolutely not. We believe in our program, so we offer zero-pressure monthly training without locking you into long-term contracts.

  • What if I have to miss a class?
We offer flexible attendance! If you can't make your usual slot, you are welcome to mix and match or access our
    Remote Class Access options.

  • What should I wear on my first day?
Just wear comfortable athletic sweatpants and a t-shirt. Bring a water bottle and a friendly attitude!

  • Will Others Laugh at Me or Make Me Feel Weird Because I don't Know the Moves?
  • No, everyone is so focused on their own improvement that they won't notice you. Plus, we all started once and understand the learning process best likened to "crawl - walk - run".  Most of us didn't just start running. We went through the challenges of learning to crawl, then learning to walk, and finally learning to run. Self Defense Martial Arts is the same process. We start you out slowly so you correctly learn the proper applications and speed up your movements.
